    Stayed there for two nights. The staff was amazing, especially Mr Berk , who was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately we missed the balloon ride in Cappadocia due to bad weather. Will stay in the same hotel in next visit.

    While I found the staff to be very nice, I encountered some issues that I believe should be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. On the evening before my early departure to catch a flight, I approached a lady at the reception and requested a takeaway breakfast. Her attitude was excellent, and she assured me with a cheerful "no problem." However, the following morning, upon checking out, I asked another receptionist about the takeaway breakfast. Unfortunately, I was informed that no preparation had been made. This interaction was markedly different, as the receptionist displayed a very negative attitude and lacked patience. As a result, I had to leave the hotel without breakfast and attempt to find something to eat in town, which proved unsuccessful. Furthermore, one day, when I returned to my room, I found that the door was open. This was a very alarming experience for me. I checked all my belongings and, fortunately, nothing was missing. However, when I reported this to the receptionist, the man was very calm and did not seem to take the matter seriously. Given these experiences, I am unsure how to comment on my stay at your hotel. While there were positive aspects, such as the friendly staff, the negative experiences left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of service and security.
