    Yeni açılmasına rağmen, işletme çalışanları oldukça ilgisizdi. Odaların karıştırılmasından ötürü tam yerleştikten sonra odayı değiştirmek durumunda kalmamız, kahvaltıda tüpün bitmesinden dolayı kahvaltının eksik sunulması, odada su ısıtıcısının çalışması üzerine elektriğin kesilmesi, çamaşır yıkama hizmeti ve ütü olmaması, odaların kalış süresince temizlenmemesi, odadaki ihtiyaçların (tuvalet kağıdı, su, kahve gibi) talep (ve ısrar) sonrasında sağlanması, ödeme esnasında yaklaşık iki kat fiyat çıkarılması, pos cihazının çalışmaması, ulaşım desteği için verilen taksi ücretinin artı komisyonlu verilmesi... Resepsiyonda çalışan kimse yok, sorunların kaynağının bu olduğunu gözlemledik. Bunlara hazırlıklı olunmalı!
