Amazing location and morning views, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Quirky rooms Loved sleeping in a cave.
We had two rooms fir adults d grown up children. The AC in the children's room was not really fit for purpose for the room size,. as it was a portable unit.
Also no fridge in standard rooms.

Central location. Helpful staff. Breakfast wide choice. Comfortable bed. Great view point to watch dawn balloons floating over Goreme.
Probably because we were allocated a small room (208), there were NO chairs to sit on in the room. Only option was to sit on the bed. As the bed was at the far end, there were no lights illuminating that end of the cave (only floor lights), so it was difficult to read in bed.

Room was lush, well laid out and spacious. Bed was super comfy
Stairs for hot tub were steep although not an issue as was never going to use it

Breakfast was superb
Location is walking distance to Goreme town
Due to lack of staff, rubbish was not cleared. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms was ok, another one was dusty. The swimming pool was dirty and abandoned. Other facilities also not taken care of.
The place is run down. Not as per photos shown. The only saviour was location, friendly receptionist n kitchen staffs who cooked delicious breakfast.
