It was like a magical space with interesting cave accommodations. The balcony and viewing platforms looked over the town. And it was very close to the centre and easily reached.
The staff, Hero and Amur, were incredible. Warm and so helpful. Wonderful to chat to— it made it feel like a home. Hero particularly went out of his way to get me aloft in Cat Valley when all others had cancelled. He went above and beyond!

Amazing staff, they allowed me to check in before 2 pm and helped to pick nice place to eat. They were very helpful with local attractions and tips where to go and what to see. Room was beautiful
Shower didn’t have any shelf to put shampoo/soap while showering, it wasn’t anything overly bad, just a bit uncomfortable

Amazing location. Incredible cave rooms. Lovely staff.
It seems the prices they quote for transfers and experiences are significantly higher than what you can find in town and online.

Breakfast was superb
Location is walking distance to Goreme town
Due to lack of staff, rubbish was not cleared. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms was ok, another one was dusty. The swimming pool was dirty and abandoned. Other facilities also not taken care of.
The place is run down. Not as per photos shown. The only saviour was location, friendly receptionist n kitchen staffs who cooked delicious breakfast.
