I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave. The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options.

We originally booked a superior suite but they gave us a much smaller room (appears to be a standard room) when we arrived on the first day of our stay until we questioned the staff. They informed us they were fully booked that night and we can only switch to the superior suite the next day once it’s available. It was a rip-off and unpleasant that we paid for three nights to stay at a suite-size room but ended up only staying there for two.

Our stay was amazing, all the staff speaks good English and this was so helpful, the guy from reception made all the reservations for us and we really felt in vacation. Room is quite big, was very clean and very good quality sanitary products.
