I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave.
The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options.
