I would like to specifically mention the Lady at the restaurant 'Şuheyda', she was extemely helpfull, accamodating and welcoming as well as having beautiful smile to all customers. She helped me a lot with my ice packs to store my medications.Also the gentlemans at the reception upon checking were very nice and helpfull too. Staff are 10/10. This makes the place feel like home rather than hotel. Location was great 10 mins drive to majority of the touristic places. I would book this hotel again.

One of the rooms smelt a bit damp. Also one of the room jacuzzi was not working. The room was offered to be changed however it was too much hassle to move the lagguages hence we stayed in the same roon.

Exceptional treatment and hospitality. Mr Emre kindly helped me to check in early as I had long flight and reached before my check in. The all staff - Yusuf, Murad treated us well. Rooms so clean, nice view to the hills. Very quiet if you want to stay away from chaos of Goreme. Good restaurant- Sentor. Lots of cats to play with. Overall good stay- would highly recommended 5/5 From room, 505

Location

The room met our expectations in terms decor, cave-like feel with the bathroom and bed also quite comfortable. The hotel is in a unique location, which worked well on the day when we didn't want to go out exploring. The staff were obliging and friendly, and room service was handy. The breakfast buffet is very good too.

There was no airflow in the room, even with the window open, and there wasn't an option to hire a fan to help with the heat in the room, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep during the warm nights. The restaurant at other times of the day for lunch and dinner was okay, not great, and a shame when most meals weren't available because the ingredients weren't available. While ordering a taxi was fairly simple, it did make exploring outside of a tour experience difficult and expensive.
