    This hotel has EVERYTHING you could think of in a historic area like this. It is truly superb. The rooms are incredibly unique, super clean and full of amenities and nice touches. The restaurant and bar area are unequivocally beautiful and preserve the original construction. Service, especially at the bar, restaurant and spa areas is top notch. Special thanks to Tarek (beverages manager) and the servers in the main restaurant area for breakfast and dinner- you truly made us feel like incredible our whole stay. The owner is on site and keeps an eye on keeping everything working perfectly. The pool area is gorgeous and well attended. My only piece of constructive feedback is that given this is hotel welcomes all animals (you can see doves, turtles, dogs, etc), it is unpleasant to have those furry doves lo over you while you are trying to rest by the pool in those 4 available chairs. During our stay, the doves poop several times either on my glass, or my iPad and the towels, which makes it a bit annoying and an unnecessary disturbance to the only pool area where you can relax in the shade. I support the concept but maybe moving them a bit to the side would be preferable for guests and even for the cleaning staff which have to clean throughout the day as they are very dirty as we know.

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Museum Hotel. The hotel is so unique. We had a King suite which was huge with great views and wonderful accommodations. However, we were very disappointed by the concierge staff. Such a huge rip off from the airport ride to the balloon ride and private tour of Cappadocia. They charged us double and triple for everything. The "private" tour of the caves was disappointing. The ballon ride was another huge rip off. Had we booked it ourselves it would have cost one third of what they charged us. We were quoted 170 to 190 Euros for the ride from and to the airport arrange by the hotel which luckily we did not pay. We paid 25 Euros to and from the hotel with a private car which my husband booked through Booking.com I highly recommend the hotel but do not book any tours or anything else through their concierge staff.

    Loved our room and the accommodations. We were very disappointed by the concierge staff. They recommended a private tour of the caves which cost a ridiculous amount of money for a few hours of a tour which was basically a few caves which they all looked alike. The worse rip off was the balloon ride. They charged us for the standard ballon ride over 3 times of what we would have paid had we booked it ourselves. Do not book a ride from and to the airport through the hotel. They charge 170 to 190 Euro to or from the airport. My husband booked a private ride to the airport for 26 Euro. Basically do not book anything through the hotel as they royally rip you off. My husband and I were upalled by how they rip off their guest on everything. The room, the food at the restaurant and the service was amazing. I would stay there again but highly recommend not to book anything through the hotel.

    We truly didn’t know what to expect fully just because it is hard to imagine a hotel like this. It has it all - the location, the facilities, but the views, the staff and the food are out of the ordinary. Wonderful stay for 4 days.
