Family Hideaway Gili Air

The house is new, very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms huge! The kitchen is equipped for cooking or eating in. The house is less than 10 minutes' walk from the harbour. But best of all was our interaction with Zufan, who met us with a big smile, when we arrived, looked after the house, helped us rent bikes (we needed one with a baby seat and a kid's bike too - and he brought them to a restaurant we were having lunch!), helped us organise our onward boat trip and saw us off carrying some of our luggage when we left! Thank you for everything, we felt so looked after!

The house is located fairly close to the mosque, so people with a light sleep would probably hear it in the early hours - the roosters in the neighbourhood were quite vocal.

The team (manager and his assistant) are really very helpful, they help for a variety of things (organising cooking class or snorkling, providing coconot or find information about nihgt cinema). That property was the best during our 2 weeks holidays in Indonesia. The property is luxury, enough space for everybody. It was always very clean, they offer us bikes to travel on island.

Great value for money. The villa was spacious, clean, well insulated and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us with everything. The location is great and just beside the beach.

De ruimte

Het was jammer dat we 1 slaapkamer niet konden gebruiken omdat de airco niet bleek te werken. Zwembad was vies en is ook niet gebruikt. Als we beide badkamers tegelijkertijd gebruikten kon het water niet goed weggevoerd worden.
