We loved the room, pool and staff. The AC wasn't as good as other places we stayed, but that might be due to the outdoor bathroom and general door insulation. It didn't ruin the trip.

Nice location, in the middle of the island, all is at walking distance (<30min)
Staff is nice and helping
Room with swimming pool is relaxing
If you take the honeymoon villa, even if it is written “wine/champagne” offered : we had to ask for it
Hygiene is not completely at expected level for 4* hotel

Location was good and the staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good.
We would have preferred some additional shade in our courtyard, such as an umbrella or shade cloth.
Whilst our breakfast was very nice, we were expecting more of a restaurant where we could have other meals and order room service. While we were told we could order food, the process was not user friendly (texting the manager the day prior).
