Gili Air Escape - Adults Only

Location was great, easy access to the beaches and lots of restaurants

Breakfast choice as we were there for week it was very same ish Unfortunately we were unlucky and the air conditioning broke in our room and was not fixed so had water pouring out which tainted our stay a little

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! the property was in an amazing location, easy accessible and among the main shops and eateries. The property was spotless throughout all areas and the staff couldn’t have given better customer service!!! On arrival they gave us information on what to do on the island they had good quality bikes to take out, the breakfast was simple but delicious and fresh. Very peaceful and quiet, rooms and garden area were so beautiful and high quality. We will return and highly recommend.

There was nothing - it was a perfect stay

The staff at Gili Air Escape are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. They're so happy to help with anything they can. This is the best part about staying here. The huts themselves are fine although basic, the pool was a nice size and breakfast was pretty good, the cinnamon smoothie bowl was tasty.

After reading all the amazing reviews I was quite disappointed with our stay. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms, the tv only had preloaded things to watch on a USB stick - no live channels and certainly no Netflix etc. The bikes available to hire weren't of very good standard, one squeaked and both had quite flat tyres. The towels provided had marks on them also. We werent aware the items in the fridge werent complimentary so this was an unexpected charge on check out. My partner found a few ants in our bed, there was a HUGE spider in the bathroom (appreciate this isn't the fault of the hotel but just a warning). We were woken every morning 3.30-4am by the prayer call and the cockerels. The positive to this is that we were up in good time to watch the sunrise which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Air conditioning doesn't work during the day but fine at night.
