Proximity to beach , style , friendly staff , lovely pool. Good price .

Didn’t do our bed up . Thicker sheet perhaps to take chill in the night . Mozzie plug in (since the nets had holes on the top in 2 rooms ) . However loved it overall since we extended stay for 3 days and they were accomodating

I like that it was on the quieter side of the island, not much traffic due to the sand and people had to push bikes past. A lot less busy. Great spot for sunset, cocktails brilliant, breakfast decent. The staff were exceptional and did go above and beyond. Good location for family.

No hot water in the showers. Not a lot of shade around the pool. Both very minor

A beautiful, peaceful place. Gorgeous rooms and wonderful pool. Breakfast served on the beach, lovely place to swim and watch lovely sunsets. Friendly, helpful staff. A lovely selection of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the livelier area and good snorkelling.

There was nothing that we disliked.

Puri Air is in bad need of repairs and maintenance. It is a wonderful place to stay but falling apart badly. It is a very poor reflection on the owner. From the villa bathroom facilities to the broken and worn beach chairs. Pool lights ( fantastic pool ) falling out into the water. Pool shower never working. At times no power and water to villas. The list goes on. The staff are fantastic and a credit to Gili Air. They were all friendly and very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere next visit unless there’s a vast improvement. I wonder if the owner intends to sell and therefore isn’t spending any money on maintenance.
