Everything , literally everything The staff is so nice and welcoming , the food is tasty in all the meals and they have variety of options each day , great views from the room and in all the areas of the hotel , very recommended hotel and i'll definitely coming back

The views are stunning, and the staff can not do enough for you. I had a treatment at the spa with Janette. It was fabulous. I had a sea view suite, and it was spacious and very comfortable.

The drinks service can be very slow at peak times. They need more waiters.

It's a beautiful location and a nice looking hotel. The buffet was nice. The views are also stunning.

We booked a junior suite for 2 people. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready yet and that we would receive a phone call once it was ready. We never received a call, we went to check ourselves at the reception and then they told us the room was already ready. There were some issues with the electricty due to a storm on the previous day and the first day we kept experiencing outages. The staff wasn't really that friendly or accomodating. We just had to deal with it. The suite was quite small for the price you pay. There is a smoke detector right above the bed that keeps flickering the whole night ruining your sleep. There was a ticking sound in the room when you turn off the AC. We could hear people talk really loud in the corridor. We booked a boat trip with the hotel, that would take the whole day but they just don't give a lot of details or a document with all the details. It was too overpriced and again the customer service was not what it should be for this kind of places. I went to another Ella Resort in Rhodes and the customer service was amazing. One other thing there are a lot of wasps in this area,so you can't sit outside and enjoy your food. There is not really an easy way to get around for a nice walk since you have to keep going uphill/downhill.
