Ella Alkyna - Adults Only

Beach, sun beds on the terrace, the sun, breakfast in the Italian restaurant. Staff were fantastic, exceptionally friendly, couldn’t do enough for the guests. All rooms have a beautiful sea view. The hotel faces west and the sunsets were spectacular, so so beautiful. Superb Greek coffee made by the bar staff.

Smell near the toilets on the beach, absolutely revolting. This extended to the main pool area on a couple of days. Bottom Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed. The bed became unmade during the night which meant that on each night, in the middle of the night the sheets became untucked making the bed uncomfortable and meaning I had to remake the bed every night. The bed was made brilliantly by the room service staff every day, the issue was that the bottom sheets were too small. This was experienced by everyone in my party. Upstairs bar area was too small and became full very quickly. Need more outside bar seating area that can be used in the evening. English breakfast tea wasn’t very good. Use a more reputable brand. No one in England has heard of Pickwick. We were a group of 5, which I realise is an unusual number. The tables we were given for dinner and breakfast were too big which made talking to each other really difficult. I booked 3 rooms, 2 through BA and 1 through Booking.com. I emailed to ask if all three rooms would be near each other. I was expecting to be on the same corridor or one floor part not in separate buildings. My request was clearly ignored.

The food was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, with great diversity to choose from. A special thanks to Miranda, who took care of our room—she was exceptionally attentive, thorough, and kept everything spotlessly clean. Her excellent work truly made a difference!

As a returning guest for more than 5 years, I unfortunately did not feel as welcomed as I used to in previous years. The room only provided basic amenities, which was a step down from my past experiences. To compensate for my dissatisfaction, management offered us an à la carte breakfast; however, it did not meet my expectations. Despite being advertised as designed by a Michelin-starred chef, many items on the menu were unavailable. Furthermore, the service was very slow and inattentive—empty plates were left on our table for a very long time without being cleared.

Private beach, premium all-inclusive experience, exceptional food with endless variety, spotless rooms, incredibly friendly staff, a peaceful atmosphere, premium drinks, and excellent à la carte restaurants. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back.

It's a beautiful location and a nice looking hotel. The buffet was nice. The views are also stunning.

We booked a junior suite for 2 people. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready yet and that we would receive a phone call once it was ready. We never received a call, we went to check ourselves at the reception and then they told us the room was already ready. There were some issues with the electricty due to a storm on the previous day and the first day we kept experiencing outages. The staff wasn't really that friendly or accomodating. We just had to deal with it. The suite was quite small for the price you pay. There is a smoke detector right above the bed that keeps flickering the whole night ruining your sleep. There was a ticking sound in the room when you turn off the AC. We could hear people talk really loud in the corridor. We booked a boat trip with the hotel, that would take the whole day but they just don't give a lot of details or a document with all the details. It was too overpriced and again the customer service was not what it should be for this kind of places. I went to another Ella Resort in Rhodes and the customer service was amazing. One other thing there are a lot of wasps in this area,so you can't sit outside and enjoy your food. There is not really an easy way to get around for a nice walk since you have to keep going uphill/downhill.
