We stayed for two nights in a deluxe bungalow after a night flight and were very happy with our stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful. The room was very good, spacious, and had a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable, and everything at the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice, with good sun loungers, and we were always able to find available ones. The breakfast was also good, and I appreciated that gluten-free and dairy-free options were clearly labelled.
There was honestly nothing I really disliked, as we were very happy with our stay. If I had to mention a few small improvements, it would be nice to have some dumbbells and a weight bench in the gym, and the water pressure in the shower could have been a little stronger. One thing to keep in mind is that, for us, the hotel was the best part of Gouvia. The hotel is perfect for guests who want to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer, but the town itself was not really to my taste. It felt quite touristy, with many British visitors, and lacked the cosy squares and authentic atmosphere I personally enjoy. However, the hotel itself was perfect for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful relaxing 5 day family holiday at this beautiful resort! We chose the half board option which meant breakfast and dinner buffets at hotel. The food was tasty and varied. Two of us in the family have coeliac disease which means we have to adhere to a strict gluten free diet, but the kitchen seemed well educated about it and there was always plenty we could eat. We really enjoyed the buffets. A special thanks to those working in the dining room and pool bar, for answering all of our questions and helping us with our gluten free requests! Everyone working there was great! The women at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. The whole place was immaculately clean and the person who cleaned our room was polite and thorough. It’s a resort that accepts children aged over 12 only, which suited us we have older teens now and we appreciated the calm vibe. It’s a good location for exploring the island with a car, but it was humid during our stay and the pool area was so pretty that we all enjoyed a lot of time reading by the pool and in the lounge area. I’d really recommend this resort. It exceeded our expectations!

The pool area was lovely very clean. Nice snack bar. Good food. Room size was very spacious . The beds are bigger than some hotels I have stayed in. They upgraded me to pool view which was very nice.
The distance to the old town is quite far and will cost roughly €50 as there was 6 of us and €50 back to hotel. It's around,€35 for a 4 person cab. Saying that, That's not the hotels fault. Hotel is clean, staff can’t do enough for you.

We booked very last minute and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bungalow. The hotel also allowed a late-night check-in around midnight, which was very convenient as our ferry was late. The property has parking in front (though not always available), and the grounds are beautiful. The pool looked well-maintained, though we didn’t swim. Our bungalow was huge — spacious living area, balcony, and bathroom. Staff were friendly, and housekeeping did a good job tidying (not sure about cleaning) the room daily. With a car, the location is good: 5 minutes to the marina, 15 to Corfu town, and 25 to some of the west coast’s best beaches.
On arrival, parking in front was full and we had to leave the car near the tennis courts, which were poorly lit at night — not a great first impression. I had to find my way back with zero guidance in the dark. Although the room looked clean at first glance, we found multiple hair in the bed on both nights, even after housekeeping. The bathroom itself was clean, but the walls behind the toilet and towel racks weren’t as spotless. Breakfast was varied but underwhelming — omelet and bacon were not good, cheese hit-and-miss (great Gouda, bad Gruyere), though the yogurt and muesli were excellent. The biggest issue was comfort: the mattress sagged badly and felt very old, despite the rest of the furniture being new. Pillows were uncomfortable, and the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear upstairs neighbors walking and flushing toilets clearly, which disrupted our sleep. Our bungalow was at the far end of the property, which made carrying luggage a hassle. No one helped us with our luggage and it was a long and uphill path. The receptionist simply pointed us toward the sign, which was misleading, so it took us longer to find the room. The outside of our bungalow was also less appealing compared to others (no stonework, no lawn in front, and a ditch behind). The view was average, facing another bungalow, though the distant mountains were nice. PS: Nothing against older people however where were all the young people? We felt like the youngest guests by far — and we’re almost 30. :D
