The service was amazing, the complimentary shuttle service was perfect.

The room was tiny and not functional. No bench space in bathroom for toiletries. Shower was small so to keep your face out of the water you had lean on an awkward angle almost against the glass. Internals of the wardrobe had old chipboard exposed. Advertised as private plunge pool but is actually a shallow wading pool that is freezing cold. For such a premium price you would also assume breakfast would be included (not a big deal but just standard in luxury accom).

Very special, lifetime memories and utter luxury.

Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish – the staff, facilities, food, service, and even the private shuttle to most locations were all spot on. We genuinely couldn’t fault the experience. The weather was perfect too, which made it even better. The only thing we personally didn’t enjoy was the bed – we’re not sure why, but we both struggled to get a good night’s sleep each evening. It just wasn’t comfortable for us, even though the sun loungers were incredibly relaxing! That said, we’re not complaining or suggesting anything needs changing – it could well have been down to the amount of eating, drinking, partying, and our action-packed itinerary. We were probably just overtired! Aside from that, the shower was insane, and everything else was genuinely world class. We would 100% revisit and definitely recommend it to others – we loved it! Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Sublime oasis in St Tropez

Gorgeous pool, exceptional service 12/10, you felt like a guest at someone’s private chateau. Staff cannot do enough to make you happy and comfortable. Elsa was incredible. Shuttle service to beach clubs and town is a huge plus, takes the stress out of getting around in the heat and traffic. Quiet tranquility, luxury, high end experience all around with like-minded guests

The pool closes at 6pm. All guests found this less than ideal. Coming back from beach clubs around 6pm, all you wanted to do was relax around the pool for an hour. They should keep it open until 7pm at least, since nobody was having dinner there before 7.30 pm anyway and I’m sure they wouldn’t care if someone was in the pool until 8pm. I think they really need to change that rule. That’s the only improvement they could make!

One big over priced mistake!!!!

It’s was truly disappointing for the cost of each night. The staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. Checking out brought to there attention a mini bar charge was I didn’t use. They won’t accommodate me. Very unhelpful with reservations. In all, over rated place. Will NEVER go back to suggest to families and friends.

Very quit , clean and Modern, super friendly staff !

The Pool water was around 30 degrees Celsius, way to warm when the outside temperature is around the same ! I think the pool should be a refreshment - not like a hot tub !

Best hotel ever

The staff were the most amazing staff we’ve ever encountered at a hotel, they had an onsite shuttle car which dropped us off at all of our dinners or lunch reservations and picked us up which made such a huge difference as usually taxi’s abroad cost so much! Everytime we came back to the hotel we were greeted by staff and by some nice fresh cold flannels to refresh our hands with! When we went to the beach one day the man in the shuttle offered us on of their beach bags with towels which was such a cute touch! It was super clean, just absolutely amazing hotel I can’t recommend this place more! They make you feel like royalty :)

Disappointing

Location, clean, very quite, nice shuttle service, very prompt and nice drivers.

Restaurant for dinner serves 7 courses for 2,5 hours (portions are tiny). Impossible to dine with children. Also paid bill for the dinner was again included in the check out invoice. The Staff in the restaurant is mostly neglectful. The breakfast was INCLUDED. But the only thing included from the 2 pages of the a la carte menu was continental breakfast and drinks. Everything else was supplementary. The staff did not notify us in advance about this.

An unforgettable stay.

Breakfast not having a finish time was a nice touch and allowed us to relax in the mornings. The shuttle into st tropez made access very easy and concierge arranged all of our table reservations and made recommendations.

Exceptional, beautiful, perfect, romantic, luxurious- the list goes on!!!!!

From the stunning grounds, the privacy of our room, the spacious and clean and gorgeously designed suites- this hotel truly has it all. Not only was the staff extremely accommodating and friendly, they also offered free 24/7 shuttle service into town and were prompt each time shuttle service was requested. The pool area was relaxing and gorgeous and we had the absolute BEST lunch under the cabana by the pool as we were waiting for our room to be ready for check in. The plunge pool in our suite was phenomenal and luxurious: great for a dip after a long day at a beach club. Everything we signed up for we received - we had no issues whatsoever and our honeymoon stay here was nothing short of a dream. Thank you to the staff here for making our stay truly an unforgettable one.

The trip met my every hope and expectation.

A truly exceptional experience. Staff were super friendly, free 24hr transfers into town centre and local beach clubs were brilliant and saved on hassle. Dinner and Lunches were very very good. The Cesar salad around the pool was delightful.

Lovely property but not great service or good value for money.

Beautiful location with a lovely garden and pool. The room was beautiful with great views.

The service was very patchy - some of the staff we great but others did not seem to know what they were doing. Some days our room did not get serviced until late afternoon. The hotel is expensive but the restaurant and bar prices are ridiculous. The breakfasts are continental only and any cooked options are offered at crazy prices.

Great Staff and Hotel - Food is over priced and hotel could have done a little more

Wonderful Hotel Environment and very modern design yet keeping the classical Cote D'Azur vibe, and the staff were excellent they really make this hotel. The shuttle bus service to and from St Tropez was excellent and the pool area was wonderful for relaxing all day.

Our Room was the middle tier of rooms - was very cold, with no balcony or way to open up to really enjoy the outside. Food was very expensive for what it was - we ate out after the first night and found far better food and value for money in St Tropez itself. The cabanas by the pool are in the shade all day in September and the pool was freezing - you needed to be very brave to jump in. Now not trying to want anything for free but it was our Honeymoon and also my Wife's birthday which was made very clear to the hotel several times - they did nothing to my dismay during the entire 3 night stay for either occasion. We stayed at a Chateau in AIX (Chateau De La Gaude) before the wedding and they couldn't do more to help us celebrate and welcome the occasion and it wasn't a birthday or we weren't married by that point.

Fabulous

From the moment we pulled up to the iron gated entry we were greeted with a lovely welcome and cool cloths to wipe our hands. The staff cannot be friendlier and there to assist with reservations the shuttle into town was a tremendous perk. Being in St Tropez in this amazing property was a highlight of our trip to the South of France. If I had one slight negative it would be the complimentary breakfast, we have traveled through Italy many times and always looked forward to the elaborate buffet. I totally recommend this property. Heaven on earth!

I LOVED EVERYTHING! If you are thinking about staying here, don't hesitate in booking it. This place is heaven on earth. The hotel pool is amazing, the restaurant, the service... The room is a dream come true, we stayed at Ella suite and it has a private pool and patio for a more private experience. The staff was so helpful all the time! I will definitely stay here next time.

The staff could have been the most acomodating ever encountered, they couldn't do enough for you! Grounds and setting were serene. The hotel shuttle was semingly always available at a moments notice. SUITE WAS large, bath area very roomy, would definitely return.
