Disappointed

Reception was beautiful and staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a nice choice of foods set out in a pretty courtyard. Location of the hotel is superb.

Rooms were poorly decorated, resembling an airport hotel. Rooftop pool only had about 15 beds, completely inadequate for the size of the hotel and service on the roof was shocking. Had to repeatedly request drinks before eventually getting them.

Perfect location in Saint Tropez. Full service hotel. Must stay!

The location is perfect. While there are many options for hotels on the beach, we wanted to be able to walk everywhere. The concierge worked with us to get beach club and restaurant reservations. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was a lovely addition. We would stay here again!

I did not like that they kept the luggage in the lobby when we checked out. but really nothing was a real issue.

Stunning hotel, very friendly staff. Loved the free shuttle every day to the beach clubs.

The location is amazing directly in the heart of St Tropez. The staff members such as the concierge is very friendly and helpful with great recommendations!!

There was not enough storage capacity for clothing in the room, overall you pay for the location but the rooms are nothing special.

I loved the location. perfect for walking around everywhere — food was great — the daily shuttle to all the beach clubs was amazing, a real life saver and the drivers were super nice.

the concierge was so rude and condescending and tried to meddle with reservations (saying there were minimums that didn’t exist when I called the restaurants directly). I wouldn’t even have minded had he not been so condescending constantly because the minimum was something we reached everywhere we went anyway. the front desk staff don’t look like 5 star hotel staff and the hotel design was more corporate than luxury. the in room dining menu after 11pm is pitiful and considering this is a hotel in st Tropez where everyone goes out late and comes back and would use it, they should consider investing in staff to accommodate late night dining in room service. I sent my clothes to wash and they lost items of my clothing and gave me someone else’s (and charged me for them). check your bill upon checkout.

Smart, friendly, well appointed hotel. The shuttle services to and from the beach clubs excellent.

Shower over the bath a real, no no. Can’t understand why a hotel of this standard still doesn’t have walk-in showers in all rooms.
