Divine stay in St Tropez

Staff, location were excellent. Walkable to harbor and shopping. The room was perfect! And the gardens gorgeous. We sat on our terrace each night and had champagne. Just exquisite!

A disappointing stay.

The property was in a great location.

The pool area wasn’t as photographed, it felt like it was in the cad part and was super scruffy and rundown. The rooms were tiny, in fact so small that you couldn’t open the wardrobe properly as there wasn’t enough space between the wardrobe and the end of the bed. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped, we had an issue with our first room and had to be moved as there was no hot water.

Small cozy boutique hotel in the center of St Tropez

Lou Cagnard is a small cozy boutique hotel in the center of St Tropez. Rooms are not big, but chic, and silent. The breakfast has a very good value for money and the products are fresh. You can book a convenient internal parking spot, the garden is small but nice and the pool too.

Rooms are small, bathrooms and showers too, but functional anyway. We have had a problem of cleanliness of the room, but the staff solved it and we found a solution.

Amazing location but needs a bit of work.

When we first checked in, we were taken to a suite that was upstairs. We went in and there was no sofa (as in the picture of the suite i booked) there were no coverings on the windows. I told the front desk guy NO, we cannot stay here. This is not the room i booked. He said, we are full - sorry. I just stood there waiting for him to say something else. He poked around on the computer. Eventually he showed us to another suite that was suitable on the ground level with a patio. I cannot believe they would rent a room to people with no furniture in the living space and no window covers. We had booked 10 days!! In the room we did get the water poured out of the shower onto the floor every time we used it. No big deal BUT this is something they should know about to be able to fix.

they should have fixed the pool. Or drained it. We were there 10 days and the pool was turning greener and greener. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely and the location is just perfect.

Very pleasant stay and good value

The open market is just steps away. Walking distance everywhere. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations. Very bright. Bed is comfortable. We stayed for one night. Hotel parking rate is very reasonable if you truly understand what a nightmare it would be to try to find a spot in St Tropez. Manhattan has more parking than St Tropez.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating (including with early check in). The location was walking distance to everything in the main town. The room was very clean and the pool was divine.

We stayed in a room in the main property, and it was pretty noisy when they were servicing breakfast in the mornings downstairs.

The room very old style and very very noisy. Not so clean . You can hear all the noise from the other rooms . I couldn’t sleep I had to bring my luggage alone up and down the stairs

Right in the middle of old town St Tropez and the staff was amazing. They helped us with all our reservations and guided us with our stay. Exceptional customer service and would highly recommend. We will be returning soon 😍

Service from the staff was exceptional, they offered and assisted us with marking reservations at restaurants and clubs. The room was very clean and comfortable and the property was beautiful and welcoming. Property was walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants.

the location was good ,staff were helpful. I guess it was good price for where it was !

bedroom was small bathroom was even smaller . the pillows weren’t great the quilt cover was ripped. bathroom looked dirty but I think it just needed a lick of paint .

The hotel is right in the heart of St Tropez which was walking distance to everywhere within the old town

The rooms were extremely noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING within the hotel. People talking, coughing, using the bathroom as if everyone are staying in one big room. The bathrooms were very very small. The pool was filthy
