PALMA city HOTEL

Everything, it was clean, great location, breakfast was nice, staff was the best and very helpful.

I cannot think of anything i didn’t like

Beautiful Small hotel in a fabulous location overlooking the sea and close to the ferry terminal

The property was beautiful, in a great location. We were on the quieter side of the strip which meant we heard no loud music but to get to the other side (near orange club) we were only a 8-10 min walk along the beautiful bay. The staff were brilliant and friendly. We had a small leak in our shower but as soon as we told them it was sorted. The breakfast is traditional and a little limited but still very good quality.

Pool toilet has no lock or flush for 2 days - think it was broken. There were toilers inside still.

Views of the bay were lovely. Balcony in our room was fabulous

Customer service was appalling. Staff were not helpful or friendly- everything seemed a problem for them. The lady down in the restaurant- was extremely rude - and she ripped me off - thinking I would not notice. (I paid in Euro - she gave me change in LEK - which was fine - however I was owed 2 euro -she handed me 1LEK then scowled at me). The reception staff are not happy or helpful. There is no joy in your staff - no one likes their job & it shows & that reflects on your hotel.
