Great location, amazing view, and friendly staff The hotel is very well located, especially considering its proximity to the port and the main areas of Saranda. If you’re coming to Saranda, don’t expect a quiet, relaxing destination—the promenade is very lively and can be quite noisy throughout the day and night. That’s actually why this hotel is a great choice: it’s close to everything, but not right in the middle of the busiest and noisiest area. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the view is absolutely unbeatable. Overall, a very good option if you want to be close to everything while still being slightly away from the main noise.

The breakfast, however, was quite average. The options were somewhat limited and some of the food was a little greasy. It would be great if the breakfast had more variety.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing, making the experience even more enjoyable.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast had limited options and could offer more variety. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, which was inconvenient. The shower was also inconsistent, with the water constantly changing from hot to cold during the shower, and the water pressure was quite weak. Another downside was that the hotel did not offer any food or drink service during the day. While relaxing by the pool, we had to leave the hotel to buy lunch or drinks because there was no kitchen or bar service available. One thing that could also be improved is providing “Do Not Disturb” signs for the room doors. On our first day, our room was cleaned without our knowledge because there was no sign available to indicate that we did not want housekeeping. We assumed the staff would ask before entering, but they didn’t. We didn’t have any issues with the cleaning itself, but we were surprised to find that someone had entered the room while we were away. Providing “Do Not Disturb” signs would help avoid this kind of inconvenience for future guests.

A very well kept hotel, very clean, relaxed, amazing location, modern, beautiful rooms, very helpful staff, a superb pool - all in all - a great hotel!

A mediocre to lousy breakfast and a piss-poor WiFi.

Customer service was appalling. Staff were not helpful or friendly- everything seemed a problem for them. The lady down in the restaurant- was extremely rude - and she ripped me off - thinking I would not notice. (I paid in Euro - she gave me change in LEK - which was fine - however I was owed 2 euro -she handed me 1LEK then scowled at me). The reception staff are not happy or helpful. There is no joy in your staff - no one likes their job & it shows & that reflects on your hotel.
