Poor, would not recommend to anyone. I don’t know how it has 4 stars

Nothing. It was in a poor locations. No signs to tell us where the property was. We were left guessing. Seemed like a ghost town. Waited at reception for 3 hours and no one showed forcing us to go to a different hotel. Called and messaged the hotel as well but never got back to me for hours. Nothing was nice about this hotel and experience

Excellent value for money, very comfortable stay. Beach area terrific for Sarande.

The location with private beach space were excellent. The room was very spacious and seemed newly refurbished and was very well designed. It would have received an excellent score if consideration was given to hanging space for towels and a tray in the shower for toiletries. Staff were very discreet but you noticed that they were vigilant and clearly managed anyone who shouldn't have been on the property. The wifi G5 was very good and there were different hubs for the room, bar and on the beach! The hotel overall was excellent value for money and for a small supplement we were allowed use of a room beyond normal check out time.

The breakfast options were limited and of an average standard.

It was not not on the main promenade but was only 10 minute walk It would be nicer if there was a facility to shower in the common area . We had our flight at 10 pm and checked out was at 11 Am. Inspite of the beach next to the apartment we couldn’t go to the beach due to no shower facility available.

A wonderful hotel with a private beach and close access to port and main promenade.

The hotel is right on the water and ocean view rooms have a fantastic view. Rooms are beautiful. There are modern rooms and those that are more traditional as in capturing the Albanian countryside. Staff is extremely helpful! I had to leave my bags a few hours after checking out and they accommodated me. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Don’t miss the homemade tiganites. A short walk to the port and the stairway leading to main road in the promenade.

Everything is good. 100m from the ocean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great willingness to provide gluten free options. Our second stay and I am sure we will be back.

A few small details can be improved: - beds are quite hard and can be improved with a top mattress - there is a lot of noise at night time from cars and barking dogs - hard to get cold water from the tap

Exceptional value, perfect location with free access to sunbeds

Our family of 4 stayed overnight as we travelled through Albania. The suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views overlooking the water. The staff were friendly upon arrival, we had a seafood dinner at the attached restaurant which was incredible and a buffet breakfast was included !

Excellent location and good value for money

Nice hotel, lovely friendly staff in an excellent location. Setback from the main road a bit meant we didn’t hear any road noise. We had a huge balcony giving gorgeous sea views and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was down in the beach bar & restaurant so we were literally waterside. Very close to the port for our ferry to Corfu and only 1km from where the buses drop off from other cities. There is is also a large Spar supermarket 100m away. It’s also very close to loads of restaurants and bars

We did not pick a sea view room which was a mistake. Our room felt like a basement. The balcony was in fact a patio which passed very close to the street.

Good place to stay on the water.

My wife and I stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean view suite. One room was an interior room with 2 single beds. The other room was larger and had a king bed; this room connected directly to the balcony that had a table and chairs for 4 people. The two rooms are connected by a private hallway that also provides access to the shared bathroom and access to the balcony for the room with 2 single beds. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. There is free and secure parking on-site. There is a decent restaurant that is part of the property where the free breakfast buffet is set up in the morning. You can also get drinks, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. at the restaurant. The restaurant is near the water’s edge. Between the restaurant and the water is a small gravelly beach with umbrellas and sun loungers that the hotel provides. Although there are restaurants and bars nearby, you could be comfortable never leaving the property.

Amazing place to stay, would stay again

The hotel is located away from the main strip of Sarandë therefore quiet and more local areas to eat with being just a short walk to boardwalk. The room was spotless and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. The private beach and breakfast is a great addition and made our trip more relaxing.

Fantastic sea view from our large 2 bedroom suite. Very high cleaning standard. Great breakfast buffet in the beach bar with sea view. Free sun beds/umbrella on the small private beach. Lots of free parking. Walking distance to city center, but still a quiet area. Highly recommended for a stay in Saranda

Recently renovated suite with sea view, and annexed beach just downstairs

Recently renovated, everything new clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and he would even offer me a drink in the annexed beach bar. It’s a little something which adds on the positive points.

Out of the two bedrooms in the queen suite, only the main one has the sea view. the second room with single beds was behind the main room with no windows at all. This was not clear from the pictures when I booked, which are somehow misleading in this sense: they show a mix of different suites, giving this false idea of all rooms having the sea view. At least there was air conditioning in both.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Family owned and the owner was always very attentive and going above and beyond for the hotel guests. Once you enter into the room you get luxurious vibe immediately, and that's not easy to find in Albania. I loved the sea view and the oversized shower. Daily fresh breakfast was also included in our stay. And they had free parking onsite for the guests, and it was spacious parking. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation or visit to Saranda, and can't wait to be back.
