The location and the 2 bedrooms and kitchenette. Spacious
The dryer didn't work. The extra blankets didn't look clean. Had stains. The cleanliness was average. Needs a deep clean behind doors and corners.

The central location
The facility is getting older. Rooms, amenities, cleanliness no longer meet expectations. I've been to this hotel several times over the years and recognised the slow deterioration.
