    This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Brisbane, and it never disappoints! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We requested an upgrade upon check-in, and it was handled promptly and effortlessly. A special thank you to Chris and Maddy for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Their excellent service is one of the reasons we continue to choose this hotel whenever we’re in Brisbane. We look forward to returning and staying with you again!

    Staff were lovely doing the best they could over a busy long weekend. Only problem was there wasn’t enough of them. Trying to find the parking was a nightmare. Not signed or explained well at all. Asked at check in if we could borrow a luggage trolley and was told they don’t have any. The room was lovely! Clean, well equipped. Comfortable
