I had to wait for the breakfast until somebody finally turned up after about 5 minutes. Normally the person or manager should attend to anybody waiting to be taken to their table asap.
On the first day the lady that took me to the table from the counter was not the most friendly. She did not even offer a cup of tea or coffee. I noticed however that she did so to other guests.
Then I had to request someone else to bring a cup of cappuccino which was done but we should not have to ask for that.
I already complained to the manager at the desk who did inform me that she had spoken to that lady.
I think you need to provide all staff to greet and serve guests with a smile and positive manner.
This is the old Hilton and in the days gone by I was a regular guest at the Hilton.
Please do let this lady know that it was rather rude the way she had ignored me.
The attitude of this one staff member can spoil a whole stay especially when we are happy to pay top dollars for a night stay.
