    Took bout 30 mins to check in as there was only 1 staff member checking people in. Then I followed check out procedures and they still called me to find out where the keys were, even though I followed the check out procedure on the message they sent me!

    Stayed as a group for a convention and it is so close to BCEC so amazing location for us. Friendly staff would recommend Also nice pool on the top floor. One thing to keep in mind is reception located at ArtHouse apartments which is a few steps before the Lucid building.

    Ridiulous check in process see you standing outside for 40 mins for someone to let you inand even then you need to walk to a different building down the block to check in. Nonsense
