    When you consider a four star hotel you expect it to meet a minimum standard. Unfortunately this was not the case. I feel we only paid for the location not the experience. The shower grout & seals were disgusting full of mould, no additional toiletries offered like toothbrush sanity bags etc (although not listed just expected for a 4 star hotel) very basic and disappointing overall. The room lacked cleanliness and quality, broken furniture, stained window dressings, residual uncleaned liquid everywhere on furniture and within draws. The dust under and around the furniture had many years of buildup, very visible causing allergies throughout the night. I can say the towels and ‘some’ of the bed linen were clean and fresh but the mattress was stained and questionable. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

    Overall, I had a great stay at The Beetson. The room was clean and well presented and the staff were amazing and very accommodating, especially when I requested a late check out. The hotel itself was super stylish, sophisticated and trendy, with a dark, moody aesthetic that gave the room a really polished and modern feel. The price was very reasonable, and the room had a great TV with Foxtel, which was a nice bonus. I also really liked the little balcony, especially the automatic outdoor blind which added extra privacy. The two sets of glass sliding doors were also excellent for blocking out outside noise. Cons - - Small fridge, which was far too small and not particularly practical - No basic bathroom pack with things like a shower cap, toothbrush or other small essentials. Overall, it was a comfortable and stylish stay with a lot going for it, particularly the design, privacy and value for money. Definitely would recommend a visit and will stay again in the future.

    It was lovely and clean and close to Suncorp…only thing when we got there, there was no parking and we didn’t get a parking voucher, was expensive for 1 night stay due to footy but very clean and comfy bed.

    I suppose you shouldn’t choose this one where is quite far from the CBD. Noisy cause of opposite of their sister bar so it’s nightmare for someone’s not enjoy the hard music like us during the weekends.
