The staffs are nice and friendly. Also have good location. But the room excluding bedroom and toilet is quite old and no maintenance

Literally over the street from Roma Street Station, with own private balcony. Staff very helpful for after hours check-in. Facilities are dated and a bit worn, but bed was very comfortable, TV in lounge and bedroom, cafe open from 5am next door. Little strange not having a table and chairs to eat at, there was a microwave and an electric double hotplate (from the 1980s), but all worked ok and safely. Would choose somewhere with better kitchen facilities if staying longer, but very convenient for one night stays.

I was a bit apprehensive about booking this apartment, but my apartment was very clean, and more than enough for me, I will stay there again

I have recommended Abbey on Roma purely for its great location in the city. And it's view. There were some issues during our 2 night stay. 1. There are 3 drop down parks/ loading zones just outside the lobby for checking in but they contained the same cars the whole time we were there. 2. Parking is $30 a day. Only one car. 3. Our shower on the 15th floor had dreadful water pressure and kept running from cold to scalding and back. 3. The room temperature was freezing at night. 4. The tiny milk sachets were disappointing. No hair conditioner supplied in the bathroom. But the elevator was fairly quick.
