The support from the owner it’s just bad, They don’t answer never.. I had a double charge in my credit card and never had solutions.. don’t recommend this place. the second bed it’s just dusty and doesn’t have any pillows or blankets. Just terrible experience…

BOOKING/PAYMENT: The most inconvenient method of charging guests. The hotel does not charge via booking.com. The hotel keeps on sending links and asks to cancel the reservation on booking.com. Do not do that if you have a booking on booking.com Do not give you any information about the keys unless you pay extra the deposit. Tried to overcharge me for the deposits. BE CAREFUL: Lots of internal rules not listed on booking.com CHECK IN: The address specified on booking.com is wrong. They send you the message only after you paid the deposit where exactly to go. COMMUNICATION: Horrible. Do not answer the phone and communicate only via booking.com messages. They speak only French. ROOMS: DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!!! Rooms are terrible and dirty. The windows, floors, linen, dusty plates and cutlery, a dirty dish in the wardrobe, overall mess in the wardrobe, stains on the linen and towels etc. The wall in one of the room was stuffed with plastic and I could not open the windows in the bedroom, because on the other side there were some dirty and dusty garage doors. Everything around the hotel is just super MESSY. They staff of the hotel simply do not understand that there are some standards of cleanliness.

The stay was short but really enjoyable.

The property was easily accessible, clean and modern. All the condition was their to spend a good stay.

Body wash soap and sofa bed linens was missing whereas it was mention in the description as provided. The garden was not properly maintained which was a pity to watch. ^^

Great little place, excellent value for the price.

The apartment was actually great, perfect for our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the location was nice and quiet and perfectly located for our visit to Versailles and Paris. I was a bit worried because there are some negative reviews about the cleanliness, wifi, etc but we didn't have any issues. They were even nice enough to allow us to check out late. :)

I will say that unfortunately the shutter to the balcony was broken while we were there so we had to go out the front door to access the yard but I assume this is temporary.

Very quiet area and a comfortable place to stay. Very convenient location for a visit to the Versailles Palace

We experienced really cold weather for the season, so it was a bit cold in the apartment. It was not possible to find a place to eat dinner, so we had to shop for food and cook ourselves. It is just nice to know for other future guests:-)

the place has parking out the front

we could not communicate with the owners/managers until after 6pm on the day of arrival despite sending them an email the day before. the apartment itself was dirty, sheets were unclean with blood stains on them. Bathrooms were also dirty. After we finally got in we ended up staying at the IBIS down the room as it was not suitable for family with kids (we booked two apartments as well 🙄)

It got the job done but I would not recommend it.

The apartment was fairly clean. The primary bed was comfortable enough.

When I booked the apartment it was described as "Apartment Hotel" which led me to believe it was a hotel. The outside was not appealing. I sent 2 messages to host and never received an answer. The sofa bed was difficult to make down and there was no pillow or towel for the 3rd person. Also noisy neighbors.

OK, but not comfortable

Living room was good size, kitchen was good, washroom was OK.

No air conditioning. When outside is 35-36C, it is not possible to sleep. No space in the washroom to put on your clothes r toiletries. There was a hamper in the washroom, which had one leg missing. Poor internet reception.

Location is very bad,apartment is very small for 3 persons , Very sunny , hot, , not having curtains , property owner was very rude, a small lawn for ground floor , lawn was not there for first floor resident , not matched with photo given in internet.

Well equipped apartment with free on street parking. Reasonably easy to travel by train to both Versailles and Paris from the local station that has free parking

No information regarding nearby services, cafes / bars / restaurants, shops / chemists (opening times) places of interest or details on public transport. A handy little guest pack with all the info would have been really useful So much more could have been made of the rear garden for guests. A disused hot tub and scattered chairs with no cushions'. and a lot of weeds.

Nice.

Some kitchen cookware weren't very clean, and some appliances (tea electric kettle). Electric radiators were not started when we arrived, so it was a little cold. To program them took me a little time to figure it out. The owner did not reply my questions... Otherwise ok.

Absolutely terrible; how can Booking.com justify putting properties like this on your site?

The location was ok

It was in an attic, literally no room to move. It was dirty. No cleaning or toilet facilities and broken shower. The photo shown is a complete fabrication

Skip it even if free stay

- nice to have small furnished kitchen

- even with heater at max, the room is very cold. Toilet and bathroom are even colder. Taking a shower is difficult in these conditions - second floor with tight stairs. Good luck if you have heavy luggage - you can easily hit your head on the attic - only one thin not covered duvet available for 2 adults and 1 child. - no bed headboard. Cold walls. - no host onsite, only mobile or mail communication - checkout 10am on weekdays —> this appartement shouldn’t be offered, even for free.

Worst experience ever - Apartment never cleaned and abandoned customer

Quite location, easy parking

The room was not clean at my arrival. Dust months old, the bin in the bathroom still with the garbage from a previous guest, the fridge was completely dirty, traces of food beneath the coffe machines and the other appliances, pieces of dirt and food on the floor, hair and dirty in the kitchen drawers. I have immediately called the manager who said that he cannot do nothing and he told me to call another person. The guy told me that they cannot send the cleaning lady as an urgency and not even the day after. So he passed to clean, a bit. Clearly, it was not done properly and there were still spots of coffees and dirt under the kitchen appliances (he did not move them). On top of that, on booking.com it is written that the property adopts special measures against covid (they clearly save money on cleaning in general, therefore that cannot be true). I have asked for a reimbursement to booking.com but, as the property was not available to provide any, they offered me 25 EUR of compensation (3,9% of the reservation value). Is that the value that booking.com gives to the health of its customers? I will never book any property managed by those guys

Super appartement, mais ménage à revoir.

Appartement bien aménagé avec un lit comfortable, salle de bains avec baignoire. Cuisine bien équipée. Situation idéale dans une rue calme, proche de l'arrêt de bus. A 10 min de HEC.

Propreté laisse à désirer. Des tâches sur le mobilier et les murs, le micro-ondes très sale, odeur étrange dans le frigo. C'est dommage car tout le reste est top !

Le logement. Insalubre. Le 2 eimes couchages ( la banquette) très sale. Très inconfortable ' Elle a très mal dormi les deux nuits. Les linges de maison pas de qualité. Serviettes de toilette blanc viré au gris. Vieux oreiller avec très peu de garnissage. Le flacon du produit vaisselle vide. Les rideaux de la salle horrible. ( Sale ' tâcher ' et tout chiffonner. Problème à descendre les volets roulants et très sales. Meubles près du lit. Tablette cassée. Peu rien poser dessus .

Trop exiguë pour 3.Nombreux équipements manquants ou défectueux :PAS de DETECTEUR DE FUMÉE ,manquait serviette,papier T, sèche cheveux,rideaux,points lumineux défaillants dont miroir tête de lit (pratique).Hotte aspirante HS, de même VMC (SDB sans fenêtre), clic-clac cassé, mobilier extérieur en ruine.Propreté laissant à désirer notamment matelas clic clac.
