clean safe apartment, with great transport links
This is a great little appartment in lovely Viroflay which is a really nice little area. It has great transport links. Importantly for us it was outside the Crit d'air zone as we had a rental car but no sticker. great communication. Apartment is so clean it looks brand new
The phone log in to enter- my phone battery is dodgy and I was worried I'd turn up and be locked out. But it worked well

It was amazingly simple, everything inside was new in the room and location was top
The host created an amazing way for keys-they were managed remotely, everything was smoothly without any need to call host or meet someone!! It was ultimately important as we have arrived later compared to what was planned.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and it was perfect for a group of 4 people. We had a bit of trouble opening the door but other than that, we had an amazing stay :)

Estadia perfeita!
O apartamento é maravilhoso! Quem fez a reserva fui eu, o meu marido não tinha visto as fotos e sabia apenas poucos detalhes. Quando entramos no local ele ficou positivamente surpreendido, pois foi o melhor apartamento em que já nos hospedamos. É muito limpo e tem todo o necessário para uma estadia tranquila e confortável. Ficamos 11 diárias e não poderia ter sido melhor. A localização é de frente e com vista para lindas casinhas na rua. Tem aquecedor em todas as peças. A TV possui streaming e a internet é de alta velocidade. O chuveiro é super quente e com bastante água, assim como a pia do banheiro. As tolahas são grandes e macias. A cozinha está equipada com máquina de lavar, geladeira duplex, talheres e demais itens de cozinha, microondas, forno e fogão, cafeteira, chaleira elétrica e torradeira. A pia da cozinha também possui aquecimento, com detergente de louça e esponja e pano de prato. Está disponível azeite de oliva, sal, pimenta e aceto para temperar salada. O bairro é muito silencioso e tranquilo. Saíamos de manhã cedo e voltávamos a noite sem medo nenhum. O apartamento fica a uma quadra da estação Chaville Vélizy onde parra a linha RER C para Paris. No final de semana houve uma interrupção devido a obras e encontramos a estação fechada, porém uma vizinha da rua de trás viu que estávamos perdidos e se ofereceu para nos levar até outra estação próxima (Chaville Rive Gauche) para pegarmos a linha N e irmos até Paris (desembarque na estação Montparnasse). Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor opção para nos hospedarmos: local seguro, silencioso, com transporte praticamente na porta. Nosso foco era Paris e o transporte servia muito bem, inclusive íamos mais rápido para lá do que algumas pessoas que estavam hospedadas em Paris e utilizavam o metrô, pois o nosso trem era direto. O sistema de abertura das portas era excelente e prático, apenas é necessário conexão à internet. Fomos embora já com saudades. Quando voltarmos à Paris ficaremos hospedados ali.

J'améliorerais le chauffage, surtout dans la chambre.
C'est très propre, très spacieux, bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
L'odeur en entrant dans l'appartement était assez désagréable à cause de l'air vicié, mais la propreté est excellente. Il fait très froid. La température est très basse. Accéder au bâtiment avec la clé électronique est compliqué. Nous n'avons découvert comment ouvrir la porte qu'une fois sur place. En raison du manque d'explications, il devient difficile de savoir comment cela fonctionne. Le premier soir, nous sommes allés au marché et à notre retour, j'ai cru que nous allions être bloqués dehors car le système ne fonctionnait pas, à cause du retard de mise à jour ou peut-être est-ce dû au manque d'internet, je ne sais pas. Il sera plus difficile pour les messieurs de comprendre comment y accéder.
Hormis le froid et la difficulté d'accès, tout était parfait. Merci pour tout.

Es war sehr sauber und geschmackvolle Einrichtung
Es roch leider sehr stark nach Erbrochenem und Abfluss, daher konnten wir im Schlafzimmer das Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Innenhof stank es sehr. Das ist sehr schade, da die Unterkunft echt top ist. Würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn das geruchsproblem gelöst ist.

Квартира дуже сподобалася: стильна, затишна і зручно розташована. Було приємно, що є ліфт і спеціальне місце для викиду сміття. Господарі подбали про комфорт — у квартирі були чай, капсули для кави та все необхідне для проживання. Дуже приємні як господарі, так і сусіди.

• Quartier calme avec une gare à proximité.
• Parking facile dans la gare SNCF peu cher et sécurisé.
• Commerces de proximité accessibles à pied.
• Appartement neuf, propre, très bien décoré et super bien équipé.
• Literie confortable.
• Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !
• Il manque des rideaux en tulle : le vis-à-vis oblige à fermer les rideaux épais, ce qui rend l’appartement sombre le matin.
• Avant l’installation du Wi-Fi, la 4G passait mal derrière la porte, compliquant l’accès aux clés numériques. Pas très pratique à l’arrivée.

il manquait un produit vaisselle mais cela n'est pas obligé car il y avait un lave vaisselle ; l'ascenseur était en panne mais l'hote n'y est pour rien et l' appartement était au premier étage.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Paristrip!
Die Unterkunft war super sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und der autonome Zugang per Handy hat super funktioniert. Am allerbesten ist allerdings die Lage mit perfekter Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum von Paris.
