The small gifts, the cleanliness of the room on arrival, the security and location are convenient and the proximity to transport, shops and malls is good.

The steps to the second floor are an inconvenience. This could be disclosed upfront that the building does not have a lift. They could keep brooms in the room to maintain the cleanliness of the room for a long stay.

Amazing space for short or long term stay just outside Paris

Excelent location, about 30 minutes away from the main tourist zone in Metro. Space is very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is useful and has everything you need, there's even a Nespresso machine. They provided all access information before my arrival, so I knew what to do. Would definitely go back!

No warning about room being on a third floor, no elevator. Kinda hard going up and down the stairs with suitcases.

Repetiría estancia allí

El precio, la ubicación cerca de donde teníamos que trabajar, y todas las facilidades dentro de la habitación. Buenas amenidades, y todo lo necesario para estar durante la semana.

La ventana de la habitación es antigua y no aísla bien el sonido, con lo que se escuchaba bastante la calle y la gente hablando abajo en el establecimiento que hay allí. Por otro lado, las paredes con la habitación de al lado no están bien aisladas y se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos de habitación. Creo que repetiría la estancia allí, pero rezando para que no me toque un mal vecino de habitación, puesto que intentar resolver los problemas sin una recepción física, es muy difícil el personal que nos atendió, encantador.

Bon séjour

J’ai apprécié l’établissement, c’était très propre et très bien équipé. C’était également bien sécurisé avec des caméras et un code pour la porte d’entrée du hall ainsi que la porte du logement. La literie était top.

Malheureusement j’ai quand même quelque chose à dire c’est que je suis resté deux semaines dans le logement car j’étais en déplacement professionnel. J’ai contacté l’établissement qui a été réactif sur le moment pour faire une demande, notamment pour avoir plus de sacs poubelle également de papier toilette, et éventuellement un balai car étant une fille les cheveux sur le sol pendant 2 semaines par exemple ou autre pas très agréable. Malheureusement je suis resté sans retour à ma demande même après les deux semaines. C’est un peu le seul mécontentement que je donnerai à cet établissement. Hormis aussi le fait que les fenêtres ainsi que les murs sont très fin. Donc au moindre bruit. Si vous avez le sommeil léger ça peut être embêtant.

le seul probleme c'est l erreur du code e,nvoyé pour acceder a l' appartement j4 ai du appeler booking pour avoir un code correct

lors de la reservation preciser l'étage auquel nous serons logé (important notemment pour les personnes agées quiont des difficultés a monter des marches )

Horrible !!! 3 nuits insupportables (chaleur, bruit) conditions difficiles quand l’on travaille…Service client inexistan

Le studio était propre. En revanche, pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur et le volet qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une vraie fournaise. Extrêmement bruyant !! Travaux dans la rue (à partir de 7h du matin).

La décoration, le lit confortable, les chambres très propres, la cuisine bien équipée... et tout plein de petites attentions dans des jolis sachets...

Le bruit d'autres personnes dans l'immeuble, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de volets, et le bruit dans la rue tôt le matin.
