El alojamiento tenía unas vistas magníficas, la terraza era muy cómoda y el edificio muy tranquilo.
La terraza y el baño no estaban especialmente limpios.

We had a couple of problems and rang up but could not get any one to answer the phone. Eventually someone did but never came round to sort the problems out which if it had been an emergency I don't know what we would have done. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived.
