Muy céntrico, en pleno barrio de Triana. La ubicación es tranquila y está muy cerca del río Guadalquivir, lo que permite disfrutar de la zona y desplazarse fácilmente a otros puntos de interés.
El parking es muy complicado si tienes un coche grande. Para salir del sótano hay que utilizar un ascensor para vehículos y existe una alta probabilidad de rozar el coche, ya que apenas hay espacio para maniobrar y colocar el vehículo correctamente dentro del ascensor. La salida resulta especialmente incómoda y difícil.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony, jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba nawet oliwa, podstawowe przyprawy czy płyn do prania co uważam za mega udogodnienia. Czysta pościel. A to co najbardziej mnie urzekło to salon z przepięknym widokiem na rzekę.
