Amazing apartment and fabulous location! Across the road to Metro and grocery shops. We hired a car and it was free parking across from Parque Príncipe which is a beautiful local park again across the road. It is 25 min walk from centre of Seville, it was too hot to walk everyday. I was able to cook and make things for the fussy kids, and they gave us a 1st floor apartment which we truly appreciate given we had kids with us. Everything was perfect what a find!

El apartamento es enorme y muy bonito. Todo lo necesario lo encuentras en la casa. Muy buena comunicación. Si tienes algún problema están atentos en todo momento.
Se escucha los otros apartamentos pero no ha sido un problema, al menos para nosotros.

Nice apartment, bit of a distance from all main sights, approx 30 mins. It has a balcony but could not sit outside as beside a very busy road and roundabout to noise was very loud which is not very relaxing.
This AI correspondence is very annoying, had a plumping problem in kitchen and they did not come to repair as it's a robot you are talking to !!
