The location and all the facilities and kitchen tools + appliances. All ready and in decent shape. Near to all tourist attractions, a place full of festivities, community and local customs.

No parking! Better to be reached by Cabify, Uber, or taxi. And not having a car to be parked. Free parking must be found at 10 or 15 minutes walking distance.

L'emplacement du logement au cœur du quartier de Triana est fabuleux. 15 a 20 minutes de marche de tous les lieux touristiques. Le logement est grand, bien équipé avec four, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge ... La petite place en face du logement est animée et le bruit s'arrête à une heure raisonnable. Le propriétaire est réactif en cas de besoin.

Le système d'ouverture via un lien sur le téléphone n'est pas terrible. En cas de coupure de la box de la maison comment faire pour ouvrir ? La salle de douche mériterait d être rénovée. Le canapé dans le salon est également à changer.

La ubicación, limpieza y dimensiones del alojamiento eran perfectas. El acceso muy cómodo también. La zona y el barrio tranquilos. Un bar para desayunar justo en la puerta

Faltó más champú y gel. Aunque el dueño estaba predispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera.

The apartment is in a quiet location and is situated near supermarkets. It is well located for Seville's main sites.It was clean and well equipped although it would have been useful to have instructions for the appliances. We found the apartment cold and it was not easy to find the controls for the central heating. There were only thin duvets on the beds and when we contacted the Agency we were simply told to 'put the heating up' as only thin duvents were available This was most unsatisfactorry as we were both cold at night. In the booking process it was confirmed that someone would be present to let us in to the apartment when we first arrived. Whilst we were on the plane from the UK to Seville my husband (who was remaining in the UK) received a message saying no one would be available to meet us! He then had to resort to international phone calls/texts to ensure that we were aware of this fact and contacted the agency to ensure that someone did indeed meet us. However this matter was only satisfactorily sorted out when we landed in Seville and my friend (who speaks Spanish) contacted the agency to complain. A person was then dispatched to enssure we gained entry to the apartment The entry to the apartment is via a code on an app which must be downloaded onto your mobile phone. This did not work satisfactorily and it took us on avaerage 5-10 minutes to gain entry each time. When we complained we were told that no one had complained before and consequently nothing was done to help!
