This detached cottage is resting on The Bay near Filey, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Flip Flops is a detached cottage located on The Bay, three miles from the seaside resort of Filey. Hosting two bedrooms; one zip/link king-size with a balcony, and a king-size with an en-suite, this accommodation can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find a family bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, and an open plan sitting and dining area with a woodburner. Resting in a desirable location and close to seaside attractions, Flip Flops is a wonderful cottage in a desirable part of England, with plenty to see and do nearby.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio to rear with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities include free use of the swimming pool (including children's pool), sauna, steam room and gym. Other facilities with additional charges include tennis, fishing (rod licence required), bike hire, tennis, lake kayaking, archery, aqua fit and beauty treatment room. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: On-site pharmacy, coffee/pizza cafe and pub 5 mins walk (coffee and pizza cafe subject to seasonal opening times). Note: Open lakes in grounds, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The bedroom with the zip/link beds has access to a balcony. The door can be unlocked internally without requiring a key, therefore parents must be mindful of this when children are using this room. Note: Check in 4pm
