Welcome to Lee's Plaice - a lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.
Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.
Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa (and bed), SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom (with amazon fire stick - own login needed) and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.
If you want bedding for the sofa bed you will need to select this as a chargeable extra at checkout.
Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

We've had a wonderful time in Lindlee cottage. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
On the third day of our stay however we had no TV anymore. We mentioned it at the reception, but we noticed no further action.

Exceptionally well presented, fittings of highest standard. Perfect for four. Small living room. We enjoyed our time here -grandchildren used pool, arcade , tennis court. Played boules outside the cottage. Would definitely return to the bay and this cottage but if more than four of us we would book a 3 bed next time.

We have had a great stay, Lindlee cottage had everything you need & was very warm, lovely added touch of welcome box with hot drinks sachets milk & sugar, site was great grounds very well maintained & lovely facilities staff in pub was very friendly & added bonus being dog friendly, food piping hot. lovely short walk to the beach. Will defo be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely home. Although the weather was a bit grim it was lovely to come 'home' to a warm and cosy place on a dark evening after a bracing walk. Location perfect, in fact everything was perfect. The arriving and departing information was also absolutely spot on. Thank you.
