About this cottage rental
Prospect Lodge is situated on The Meadows, an exclusive gated development of The Bay.
Enter through the side door into the open plan living space with well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, dining space and lounge area with corner sofa (new in 2022) and arm chairs, smart TV and log burning stove. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite and TV – 2 doubles with ensuite wet rooms with walk-in rainfall shower, and one twin with ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over). The second double can also be made as 2 small singles if preferred.
Fully redecorated throughout at the end of 2022.
At the front is a large deck with dining table and chairs and rattan sofa set, making the most of the unrestricted meadow view. Off the rear double bedroom is a private deck with rattan sofa and coffee table. There is also an outside shower (ideal on returning from the beach).
Off road parking for 2 cars, and additional spaces nearby too.
This property has a path to the entrance door which makes it accessible for those with mobility issues. However, please note we do not have grab rails in the bathrooms (please see photos.)
