Seaview Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 6 in 3 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access

disappointing within the property, the oven was verry poor, and Pans for the oven were very dirty, we had to wash them all before we could use them. the worst thing was the amount of Dog Hairs everywhere in every room, my wife and daughter have pet hair allergy and could not stop sneezing all weekend and made it uncomfortable for them, and as you walked around and sat down you got covered in Dog Hair..

Excellent location close to the beach which was perfect for the dogs, plenty of space in the house well equipped . Each bedroom has its own bathroom so no waiting for anyone else, lovely outside seating area, which we used due to lovely weather, would definitely recommend and will return.

What a fantastic holiday home. Views to die for. Comfy beds. Contains everything you need and more. Really has the wow factor. We were a party of 5 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. Pub on site very good with tasty food. We also walked to weatherspoons on primrose valley a couple of times. There is a good supermarket on primrose valley too. Would definitely book again.

Wow! What an amazing property! The owners have immaculate taste in decor and have thought of everything that a guest could need whilst staying here. Downstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen diner, plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and eat . The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plenty of mugs, glasses, pots and pans etc . Was especially grateful for the washing machine and dryer! The heating is easy to control. The property has a georgeous staircase leading to beautiful big bedrooms each with its own ensuite! What a difference this made to our stay not having to share a bathroom in the morning! The beds are large and very comfortable, plenty of storage too! The balcony from the 2 largest bedrooms is amazing and the view is just stunning! So relaxing The brick built BBQ is excellent too! Also Loved that we could sign into Netflix (especially useful for the kids on rainy evenings!) The small touches make this place truly special , having plenty of coat hooks, excellent wifi, a welcome pack of tea bags etc dishwasher tablets to start us off, a hairdryer… My small recommendations would be an outside tap to rinse off sand from the beach/ hose the dog, clean muddy wellies etc (but we managed by bringing mop buckets of water outside) and blackout curtains in the bedrooms would have been very welcome (when you have a baby who wakes up at the crack of dawn!!) The location is perfect, a short walk down to the lovely beach and some good facilities on the site itself (however felt a cafe would have been nice and the shop was expensive) the pool is just OK, could be better, couldn’t use the kids play area as it was like a swamp with all the rain (a none grassy play area would have been ideal) the arcade is not so great (lots of the games not working) the kids activities on site we thought were overpriced so didn’t try them and we preferred to be out and about. The pub is extortionate so had a drink in there on the first night only (£14 for 2 pints!!) Would definitely recommend a Tesco delivery on arrival! Flamingo land is fairly close by and is ok for a day out, also visited Filey Town and Scarborough for the funfair and fish and chips which was lovely Thank you to Anthony who was available to contact throughout, couldn’t have asked for a higher standard of service or accommodation, We loved our stay in The Bay Filey and would love to return again soon!!

We had a fabulous time at Baywatch, on what was our first visit there. We'll definitely be back. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, and in a great location. It represented excellent value for money for our three night stay.

Beautiful home , location . The house was very warm and welcoming which was needed as the weather outside was freezing. The house had some great decorations throughout and the Christmas tree made it just perfect. The only criticism which is personal choice is there was no Bath and only rainfall showers. Views were amazing from the two bedrooms at the back of the property . Thank you

Perfect for a family, all bedrooms are roomy with en-suites. Beds super comfy. View from 2 bedrooms lovely. Showers etc are excellent. Well equipped kitchen, great size family dining area and seating area. Beach nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. Well heated which is easy to control and plenty of hot water. Pleasing, cheerful decor.

We have such a cozy delightful stay Baywatch … the property is absolutely gorgeous, everything you need and more, lovely touches with board games .. you can see the sea from the upstairs bedrooms … thoroughly enjoyed ☺️ thank you

Spacious house, excellent location close to beach and pool. Well appointed kitchen with generous provision of utensils etc. Beautiful bedrooms with sea views and immaculate balcony furniture. Children loved the easy access to grassed area to play. We had a wonderful stay!

This was our seventh stay at The Bay, Filey and we always enjoy it. The location is perfect for us with easy access to a beautiful beach. The accommodation has always been good but Baywatch whilst being more expensive was quite special with a patio and balcony overlooking the sea. We will certainly be back.

Had a lovely stay at Baywatch, the place is in a wonderful location with sea views and good access to all the bay facilities. very spacious property with all you need for a relaxing stay, well kitted out kitchen and some nice touches like games for the kids and beech stuff. Would definitely recommend.
