About this cottage rental
Welcome to Paddy's Corner - A spacious, light and airy coastal cottage on the edge of the meadows and part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays!
Featuring a separate lounge area, this is a beautiful property for a large family.
The new owners are delighted to rent this out from May 2025 following them upgrading and enhancing the property as you can see from the photographs.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen / diner with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer, plus extra touches like a Tassimo coffee machine.
There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 (plus highchair).
Across the hall there is a comfortable lounge with large comfy sofas and occasional chair (seats 7 total), large smart / SKY TV, with French doors to the patio with cube seating for 7.
Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.
Upstairs there's a large galleried landing, with 3 bedrooms (one kingsize, one double and one thriple (1 double with single bunk over) and a luxury bathroom off. The master king room has en-suite shower room and Sky TV. The double bedroom has Sky TV and the thriple has a smart TV, and plenty of storage options for clothing and personal items. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Outside there is a lovely lawned area to the rear and shared access to the Bay grounds.
Paddy's Corner is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
