I like location but I don’t like facilities and I don’t like the some condition

Location is good but there is no facility such as towel no Kitchen towel there is no tea and sugar and also there is some condition about if you use bed than u have to remove your bedsheet and everything than why we pay money to then for just one night I don’t like the condition

Clean, comfy & well placed.

Clean, modern & spacious. We brought 2 small dogs with us and the decking area was ideal to keep them safe.

The only thing that we could possibly comment on is that the decking area, balcony & outdoor furniture were all due to be washed but this is easily sorted. The rest of the caravan was very clean, comfortable & tidy. Easy to use the heating/rest of the facilities and well explained by host.

Absolutely fantastic

Brought my 90 year old grandma for a night away for her birthday, with my dad and his partner, had the most wonderful time, the caravan is beautiful, modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable, but the views were the most impressive, wow! Absolutely amazing to sit and watch the sea from the veranda, but my grandma could also see from the front room and stay warm. In the morning I took the dog down to the beach to watch the sunrise which was just magical too. A few minutes away from the shops and food places but far enough away that it was lovely and quiet. The owner is friendly and great communication, answered all my questions very quickly and it was a really great experience. Would love to come back, made my grandma's birthday really special. Highly recommend.

Rubbish left in bins, poor communication from the host and the bedding isn’t fit for a dog to sleep on.

highly recommend this perfect location clean property

Perfect sea view location, with no noise from other vans as it’s position on the edge of the site. Was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Heating and hot water were instant the shower was powerful and efficient. Plenty of storage for clothes and food and washing up essentials provided. vacuum and cleaning cupboard

not enough toilet paper ran out on first use with no supplies. No hairdryer although the nozzle attachment for one was there. I forgot to take towels which was my fault as it does say they are not included but would have expected hand towels and a shower/bath mat, we got some from Filey Tesco

Great view and very comfortable caravan.

The view is exceptional. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Myself and my daughter had a great time and it's great there's a tv in each room, I didn't have to watch Peppa pig with my coffee in the morning lol. We met the owner and his dog in the morning which was nice!
