About this cottage rental
Ace Grace Place is a large dog friendly cottage near the centre of the bay Filey holiday village.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large kitchen,
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture, Across the hall there is a WC.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.

Ace Grace place was great for what we needed. It had all the facilities in the house that make a stay easier (dishwasher, washing machine etc). The house was clean and comfortable and was spacious enough to easily accommodate six of us. Parking is only a minor annoyance as they are not dedicated so you need to find one close by... but there are plenty.

A comfortable place for the six of us and our dog. A great location to get down to the beach. We were a bit worried about getting a parking spot but it was fine!
The kitchen was a little tired, probably well used over the summer, the drawers in the fridge held together with tape made me nervous but it did the job!
Great selection of games and toys for inside and outside so you're entertained whatever the weather. Would be nice to have a couple of cosy blankets as the nights are drawing in.
Although it's a terraced cottage it's well designed, I was never disturbed by neighbours. The bay always has a nice feel about it although the pool opening hours are a bit short and we avoided the JPJ pub as it's awful! I'm sure we'll be back.

My family & I had a lovely week at Ace Grace Place,the house was clean & beds were comfortable,everything that you could need was there.The pub prices were extortionate though.One downside wasthat we understood that there was an allocated parking space which I thought was ideal for my disabled husband but we found that wasn't the case,there was spaces further away but it wasn't ideal for him as he isn't able to walk far but it didn't spoil the holiday,we would definately book again.

Good access on foot to the beach, and by car to Scarborough and Bridlington. Property was in a good position on the site, clean and well maintained. We will visit again.
