About this cottage rental
Family Tides is located on The Parade, only a few minutes to the village centre, with patio onto arguably one of the best outside spaces at The Bay with lawns and boules court.
Enter through the front door into the hall with downstairs toilet. Through the internal door into the open plan living space. To the left is the well-equipped kitchen including a tall fridge-freezer. Dining table for 6, and two large sofas and smart TV for relaxing with the family. Bifold doors open up to let the outside in. Patio with seating for 2, plus additional bistro patio set for 2.
Take the stairs off the living area to the two spacious upstairs bedrooms and family bathroom in between. Plenty of space for 3 in the front bedroom – single bed and bunk beds. The main kingsize bedroom has a TV, and double doors onto the Juliette balcony. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. We can cater for up to 6 (max 4 adults) with the use of the sofa bed downstairs.
Gas central heating throughout.

We stayed here in November and found Family tides to be a lovely house, backing onto a green space. All amenities are nearby and includes a pass to the pool/gym to use. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice, well equips house, with all you need.
The house was warm and beds very comfy, ample room in second bedroom even with the 3 beds so great for kids.
Sofa bed easy to use but not made up in advance.
I formation file needs a refresh but everything easy to find in site,. Pool was clean but an issue with changing rooms meant ladies had to enter through male changing!
Lovely walk to beautiful Filey beach. All in all highly reccomended

The house is lovely and ideal for our needs, it’s a quant park with a nice centre. Very quite nice access to the beach.
Being picky the only issue was the sofa isn’t very comfortable.
Communication was excellent all the way through from the host and all amenities were taken care off

We stayed for just 2 short nights. But absolutely loved the accommodation super clean and tidy home from home comfort. Tv in both bedrooms which is perfect when you have children. Everything you need in the accommodation for long/short stays. Will definitely be returning thank you
