About this cottage rental
Pebble Place is beautifully furnished to a high standard with new carpets throughout.
Deceptively spacious, with the benefit of a separate lounge and dining/kitchen, its an excellent choice for a family of up to 6, or a multi-generational group.
The kitchen-diner has seating for up to 6 plus room for a high chair. The brand new kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and under-counter fridge with ice box.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, armchair, large screen TV, wii for games, and access to the courtyard area with seating and BBQ.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed with storage around and a new dressing table and TV and its own ensuite shower room
The second bedroom has a day bed which can be made up as a single or can be extended to make a kingsize if required (2 single duvets provided)
The third bedroom is a spacious twin with wardrobe and bedside tables.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Parking spaces to the front (across the road) or the rear.
Two small dogs or 1 medium sized dog welcome.

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently and the cottage was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. It's close enough to Filey to enjoy a day there and there's access to the beach (via a steep path)
The facilities on site were hit and miss, the pool was chilly but fine. The pub was ok but the amusements were hit and miss, with many games erroring or not working right

We had a wonderful stay at Pebble Place! It was very clean and updated, had lots of fun activities for kids, and had plenty of space. Would recommend and stay again!

Lovely place the cottage was really nice only issues was finding the parking space but got there in the end .Great base to work from filey so special and not far from beverley races
