Welcome to Low Lake Lodge - a new lodge on The Bay Filey - with lakeside south facing deck, easy access to the pool and beach this is perfect for a family escape!
Low Lake Lodge is situated by the lake in the prestigious new gated Meadows Development and is really close to the centre of the village, the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre.
Enjoy a spacious south facing lakeside terrace and relax in the outdoors on the lovely deck (this is ideal for dogs and children as it is enclosed)!
Enter Low Lake Lodge through the step free door into the hallway with storage for coats and other essentials. To your right are the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower (wet) room, and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.
To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely comfy seating for 4 with large SMART TV - ideal for movie nights (streaming passwords needed). The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances and an air fryer for your use.
Exit through the large sliding doors to the deck with seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining watching the wildlife on the lake!
We leave a few games for our guests to use as well as a library of books. The centrally heated lodge is ideal for breaks all year round!
We also feature a display cabinet with loads of memorabilia from when The Bay village was Butlins - feel free to look at the photos and enjoy when you visit.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

A beautiful location with all the home comforts you need to have a peaceful and relaxing break.
Our two dogs loved the walks around the meadows and we loved the views whilst having our morning cuppa.
The Lodge is well maintained and very clean and when we arrived it was lovely and warm, so we settled in straight away.
There was everything we needed in the Lodge and the shop was just a short walk away for anything else we required.
The Bay is a lovely holiday resort with lots of facilities to use, unfortunately due to breaking my ankle prior to the holiday we didn't get to use any this time.
It was the first time we had booked through Anchor Bay Holidays but I can recommend using them as their communications and information given was first class with prior to and during our break.
Our main aim was to get peace and quiet during firework season due to our dogs being nervous of them, we certainly did get that and more!

Great location and view across the lake. Plenty of options for dog walks too. Lodge had everything we needed, modern and clean. Minor downside being the beds/mattresses were a little hard for our liking. Lodge was only 5 mins walk from the Bay amenities. We tried the pub and the pizzeria - both good food and service. Kids and husband tried the pool which was busy but probably due to the smaller size. All in all a lovely, relaxing stay on a peaceful and clean complex.

stayed for 4 nights and the location is lovely set on the small pond.
The dogs enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the birds.
The property has everything you need for a self catering stay and plenty of towels are also provided.
Highly recommended !!!
