About this chalet rental
The Lake House is situated on the Meadows, a beautiful location with south-facing deck onto one of the lakes with ducks and other wildlife.
Enter through the side door into the hallway. To the left is the living space, with corner kitchen with all the appliances you'll need. There's a dining table for 4 and the living area has a long sofa, armchair, coffee table, smart TV, with bifold doors.
The large bifold doors open onto the enclosed deck with seating, ideal for watching the local wildlife or relaxing with a drink.
Down the hallway, there are two bedrooms with double beds, smart TVs and ensuite wet or shower rooms.
The lodge benefits from its own parking bay and free WiFi. Additional and plentiful parking is nearby (30 second walk).
We allow 1 well-behaved dog.
This property has a path to the entrance door which makes it accessible for those with mobility issues. However, please note we do not have grab rails in the bathrooms (please see photos.)

The Lake House was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great position.
My only concern was the amount of white dust that came off the road surface. It was a dry period when we stayed but every time we entered the lodge white footprints would be seen on the lodge floor.
Plus our car was covered in white dust,every nook and cranny of the car was covered. We had to have the car valeted when home.

Had a lovely few days in The Lake House, the surroundings are lovely and peaceful, and looks over a small lake with wildlife about. This is the second time we have stayed in the Lake House and it is ideal as hubby likes to watch tv at night, but i like the wildlife and photography, and i can sit on the outside decking with the patio doors open (weather permitting) and photograph the birds. This time we had a set of seven ducklings visit us numerous times throughout the week, which is fabulous. The Lodge is lovely and comfy and soon warms up when the temperature drops, making it cosy. Night and light and airy, decorated to make everywhere light and clean looking. Also situated ideally for the surrounding tourist spots like Filey ,Scarborough, Bridlington and of course the best breakfast at the Beach Cafe in Hunmanby on the side of the cliffs.

We have been to the Bay several times over the years but we have stayed at the Lake house now a couple of times and won’t stay anywhere else it’s clean and comfortable with the balcony over the lake with birds and fish gives you all the pleasure you need with lovely walks over the country side or down to the beach
The home is well decorated two bedroom on suite with kitchen area with kitchen table with a large suite all comfortable you also have contact the company you booked with just in case you need help

We stayed in the lake resort with our little one and another couple. The space was decent enough with everything you need. We enjoyed the sun in the deck area was clean and tidy overall. Lots of things to do within and around the resort. Would definitely visit again.
