We liked the convenience of the place, but would warn older folk that G over S is a very hilly place, so some would find it difficult. There was some trouble with the drain for the kitchen sink - previous guests had blocked it with rice. It was cleared very quickly by the owner. We appreciated his welcoming and friendly nature.
There were a few details that could be helpfully seen to. If whoever is responsiblefor the good running of the place does not actually stay at the place they wouldn't know of them, e.g. one or two of the saucepan handles need properly screwing onto the pan, or an accident could occur. The drain in the bathroom washbasin is a little unsightly and needs re-sealing. Providing a floor covering at the entrance step would enhance the first impressions as one enters the apartment. It was good to see the use of up-cycled furniture to create the 'shabby-chic' effect, but a little attention might be of value.
The above comments should not be off-putting - that needs to be emphasised. They are meant to help in the presentation of the apartment which is otherwise ideal for two people seeking peaceful accommodation in a very fine environment.

Small, clean and practical 2-room-appartment in lower ground floor; equipment fine, nice views.
The mattress on double bed is old and not of adequate standard. -- The heating could only be controlled and managed by the owner by remote control, which was a bit akward and meant that during the evening/morning of some days it was cold.

Location even though up hill was great just a small walk into the centre.host was lovely and made it really easy to find the property, and was lovely to recommend things around the centre.
Unfortunately you can hear a lot from up stairs. Both walking/talking and noise until 1-2am when trying to sleep.Towel rail didn’t work so was very cold in the bathroom, could do with some up dating.
