About this cottage rental
You can easily leave your car keys at home and enjoy adventures on foot here. Pick up one of the pretty walks from the front door and stroll the few hundred yards to the seafront. With an abundant choice of restaurants, cafes and shops, all your needs will be easily met. Spend your days exploring the coast or head inland to Windermere for lakeside activities. For Peter Rabbit fans, the World of Beatrix Potter is 15 miles away, while sporty types will enjoy the walking opportunities at Whitbarrow National Nature Reserve, 7 miles away.
Enter the property into the small porch area and head through to the spacious and sociable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Prepare a meal in the contemporary kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. You can then enjoy the resulting meal together around the dining table. Relax in the spacious lounge area after a long day of exploring the area, with a coal-effect electric fire, a comfy sofa, and armchair, and catch up on your favourite programme on the Smart TV, or head out to the conservatory looking over the garden. There is also a handy ground-floor WC. And when the day is done, head up to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second is a twin bedroom (which can be made up to be a super-king), both with views of the bay. Completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
The enclosed garden is a joy to behold with seating out from the conservatory and a lovely, gravelled area along with a charcoal BBQ. There is parking for two cars.
