The location was nice and cozy, the host was very helpful. The place is very quiet, some sheep might wake you up in the morning :)

The middle room has no windows. If you have a dust allergy like one of my kids, it could be bothering...

There was everything we need for our stay - well equipped kitchen and bathroom, a lot of space and nice place to rest in the garden. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Apartment is on the ground floor and probably because of it is a little damp.

Actually I would give the property the top score for most: fantastic welcome at the station, great hosts, being available when needed, but discreet in every day life, veggies from the garden, fresh eggs, all the hiking/tourist info which we needed, great tip on a restaurant. The apartment stays cool in the hot days, which we had during our stay in Italy. There are fantastic self-catering possibilities. Clean bathroom with washing products. Mind that the owners are living upstairs which has advantages (they can respond your questions) but also disadvantages (you keep in mind all the time not to disturb). Kids loved the cats :-) (mind if you are allergic). Short nice walk to bakery and restaurant. Longer walk to the lake, train station and to the centre of the village.

We liked everything. The only tip I would have would be installing the mosquitoes nets or leaving some products (sprays or so) at the apartment so that the guests could use them, if they want.
