L'Ora

Super location - a 10 Min walk to the town, parking for 1 car in front of the door, clean, very good communication with the rental-company (per Whatsapp, in english). Stunning lake-view from the rooms. There are 2 sleeping rooms (one big and one small) and a livingroom + kitchen. It is the upper floor but the ceiling is ok, not too low! Air conditioning - useful for us to heat. (It was very cold at night in April).

The shower is horror! There is a shower cabin: useless because the shower-head doesnt work properly. One cannot use it!!! And there is also a mini bathtube - also useless because one cannot stand (above the bathtube is the boiler). There is no shower courtain or anything -the whole bathroom ist under the water, wenn smbd showers. This is a pitty and the reason why I give minus points. Another big problem is the electricity. The old reviews tell it as well. We didn t think that they left it like this after months...but it is so. For instance you can t use the aircon + water boiler - the electricity goes off. The lady from the rental company helped us - one has to go to the garage and fix it again. This happened to us in the middle of the day...when smth like this happens at night...nobody would help. About the noise - yes! One cannot sleep if the windows are open. For us it was ok because outside was cold and we closed the windows anyway. There was cold. An oven woth pellets was there but we didn t know how to use it and we didn t want to complicate our stay. The radiators (central heating?) were cold. We used the aircon to heat a bit - it didn t help too much, but we managed like this.

Die Lage am See, der Blick aus dem Fenster, sind besonders. Die Einrichtung passend, die Ausstattung ist ok.

Das WLAN ist katastrophal schlecht, was insbesondere ärgerlich ist, wenn man als Journalist darauf angewiesen ist.

Very nice location, spacious, clean and comfortable appartment, parking place, internet connection, ideal for families with children. We could leave our bicycles in the garage. Excellent cost/benefit ratio

Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern im Wohnraum war gigantisch. Alles war in Ordnung und entsprach meiner Vorstellung und wer echtes Italien erleben möchte und dazu die passende Unterkunft sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Unterkunft hat den Charm der Vergangenheit und wirkt dadurch authentisch und sehr gemütlich. Wer gerne kocht, sollte aber auf jeden Fall seine eigene Küchenmesser mitbringen, ansonsten kommt man mit dem was vor Ort ist gut aus.
