Location near the lake and area and the swimming pool. confortable living room but kitchen is very small and bathroom is outdated with small shower cabin.

Between two streets and very near the train railways about 30 meters for ghe back bedroom. Windows are single glaze so will not block the noise very much.

Breakfast was not included, we did receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant?

Big, open and bright apartment with a 5-STAR view of the lake. The balcony is super lovely and is the selling feature of the property!! Easy check-in and friendly reception by a local. Short walk to great cafe Laboratorio l'Emporio and little grocer across the street. The kitchen was well equipped minus a filter coffee machine. The apartment itself is dated, but it was clean and fully functional. The washing machine on separate balcony was fab.

For a property with “swimming” in the name, you’d expect full pool access which wasn’t the case. Whether it was Corona rules or otherwise, the pool was only open from 11.30-1 pm and 3.30-6 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays closed. Swimming caps were mandatory. The garden was also often locked. This holiday apartment is located in a residents’ condominium. Everyone was polite, but we worried about disturbing the elderly residents with our children’s use of garden and pool. I’d recommend the place to childless couples who want to explore the region by car, but less so to families looking to stay put at the vacation property. It’s quite a walk with children into town and town is small. The nearest supermarket is about twenty minutes away by car. There is very little direct access to swimming in Lake Iseo. This doesn’t affect the charm of the apartment, but tourists expecting to swim in the lake will be disappointed.

Very spacy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms show their age, but have been done up nicely by the owners. Great view from the balcony onto the lake and Monteisola. Excellent pool. The owners and the person in charge are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent place for a holiday off the beaten tourist tracks, with lots of activities nearby.

There are two roads next to the Appartment, so there is some noise at night. The bathroom could do with some refurbishing. From the pictures you don't expect the apartment to be in a normal block if flats.

Schön war der Ausblick auf den See und der Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Personal war ok. Das war aber auch schon alles

Das Appartement ist total in die Jahre gekommen, somit stimmt das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Die Dusche ist total veraltet und eng. Mein Mann mit 2 m Größe passte nicht einmal hinein und die Türen fielen fast heraus. Er ist dann nach unten zur Dusche am Pool gegangen, um zu duschen. Diverse Deckenlampen waren defekt, z.B. im Flur und im Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gab es nur eine extrem helle Deckenleuchte, dafür funktionierten alle anderen Leuchten nicht. Eine riesige Photolampe hatte nicht einmal eine Birne, die andere Stehleuchte war nicht angeschlossen, da sie einen deutschen Stecker hatte, dafür aber keine passende Steckdose.  Das 2 Sitzer Sofa war total fleckig. Die Matratze in einem der Schlafzimmer war total durchgelegen, sodass man fast herausrollte, das war sehr unbequem. Die Küche war genauso eng und klein wie das Bad. Der Herd in der Küche ist ein Gasherd, es war aber kein funktionierender Anzünder vorhanden, sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Die Fenster waren alle einfach verglast und alt. Man konnte nur jeweils ein kleines Fenster ganz öffnen und nichts kippen. Hier müsste dringend eine komplette Renovierung erfolgen. Hinzu kommt die Lautstärke, vorn zum See eine extrem befahrene Straße in der abends die Motorrad Poser gern auf einem Rad ihre Maschinen aufdrehen. Hinzu kommt der nicht abreißende Autoverkehr und hinter dem Haus ebenfalls eine befahrene Straße und die Bahnlinie, die Züge sind aufgrund der einfachen Verglasung im Haus auch extrem laut, vor allem nachts. Das könnte man in der Beschreibung schon erwähnen. Einen Zugang zum See gibt es auch nicht auf dieser Seite des Sees. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da Badekappenpflicht! Darauf wurde von einer älteren Dame auch akribisch geachtet. Wo bitte gibt es heutzutage soetwas noch? Diese Information stand auch nirgendwo in der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattungsmerkmale auf booking com stimmten nicht mit der Realität überein.
