The room was very nice, an AMAZING view There was tea & coffee for us We arrived at night and Fabrizio made sure to send us an instruction videos for our arrival

We personally arrived with a car so there was no problems driving to & from the room, but for this place you should either get a car or be prepared to walk places (restaurants, trails etc.)

What a wonderful spot! You certainly needed a car as it's a long and windy road but so worth it. Fabrizio was a great host and the breakfast was so plentiful. Fabulous well-equipped rooms and a bathroom I wish I had in my house. Great views and lots of fabulous walks from the village. Couple of good restaurants in the village too. Only 15 mins drive down to Iseo for swimming and icecream. Perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I need to get fitter to walk up and down that drive ! :-)

Awesome location.

If you are looking for a quiet place with a great view, you must book Agriturismo Casarai. We had a big room with a huge terrace only for us. The continental breakfast with fresh fruits was perfect. We also enjoyed having dinner in the small-town Zone and buying at the local grocery. It is also an ideal location if you like trekking.

One of the best stays in Italy, everything was great, big bed, large bedroom, and bathroom, the perfect place to stay and relax. Fabrizio is a great host. Lots of trails in the neighborhood. Very recommended if you want to clear your head and find a little bit of peace in your vacation.

All-around great stay - looking forward to coming back.

Superb property on large private grounds above the village of Zone. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very beautiful area, great for extended walks and not far from the lake. Newly built structure with superbly equipped rooms and good Wifi. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Restaurant recommendation: La Dama sul Lago in Marone on the lake front.

Great little place. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Fabrizio was super friendly and helpful. We had a bottle of franciacorta and salumi in the hot tub at sun set which was amazing. Breakfast was well worth the €5.

Traumhafte Anlage mitten in der Natur und trotzdem nicht weit von der Zivilisation, sehr schönes Ambiente und Ausstattung der Wohnung, tolle Terrasse , alles was der Mensch benötigt, um mal zu entspannen fernab der hektischen Zeiten

Es ist nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat, jedoch ist es wichtig, daß die Anreise innerhalb des Grundstücks schon sehr steil ist und sehr ungewöhnlich ist.

Prima schoon en goed verblijf op n plek met veel groen

Het was een ruime schone kamer op een rustige plek. Er was ( alleen) via de app goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Eigenlijk was alles prima in orde alleen mistten we het aanwezig zijn van de eigenaar en daardoor menselijk contact op de lokatie. Dat wat een plek het hart en de warmte geeft. De schoonmaaksters waren aller aardigst.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf

De zeer mooie kamer wij hadden de suite, het lekker ontbijt met alles erop en eraan. Zeer sterke aanrader. De moeite waard om er de berg voor op te trekken dat misschien voor sommige een afknapper kan zijn.

Bij voorbaat slechts detail maar vb geen glazen in de kamer wel bekers voor het maken van thé

Struttura molto bella, in mezzo alle montagne lontano dal traffico che si trova in città. La stanza era molto pulita.

L’assenza dell’Aria condizionata (in estate fa comunque caldo) la colazione potrebbe migliorare un pochino.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in abgelegener Idylle

Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft, super ruhig und grandioser Blick in die Berge (nicht auf den See). Nur vor Serpentinen darf man keine Angst haben, da die Straßen doch schon eng und steil sind. In der Umgebung gibt es auch 2-3 gute Restaurants, wo man nicht weit fahren muss bzw. sogar zu Fuß hinkommt. Fabrizio war von Anfang bis Ende ein super Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch grandios (Achtung: am Abend vorher bei ihm per WhatsApp bestellen!). Die Zimmer waren blitzblank sauber und das Bett bequem wie zuhause.

Echt meckern auf hohem Niveau: Nur italienische Fernsehsender, schlechtes WLAN und keine Ablageflächen im Bad. Ist keine Kritik, mehr eine Anregung für volle 10 Punkte.

De locatie is prachtig. Aangezien Zone wat hoger ligt is het ook wat koeler dan de rest van de omgeving in de buurt van het meer. Het verbaasde mij dat elke dag de kamer schoongemaakt wordt, had ik zeker niet verwacht maar wel heel fijn!

Leider eine Entäuschung.

Schönes Haus und Anlage. Zimmer (3-Bett Zimmer ) war neu und modern ausgestattet.

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, es knarrte bei jeder Bewegung, so dass ein ruhiger Schlaf nicht möglich war. Unterhalb der Anlage ist Industrie, von dort war auf der Terasse ein ständiges Rauschen zu hören. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben. Eine Erstattung haben wir nicht bekommen.

Fantastisch verblijf!

Heerlijke kamer met vloerverwarming en prachtig uitzicht. De kamer werd ook elke dag schoongemaakt. Wij raden aan om te ontbijten bij 'bar centrale' in Zone, je kunt bij de barman je voorkeuren aangeven en elke ochtend staat het ontbijt tussen de locals voor je klaar, fantastisch! Ook geven ze je veel tips wat je allemaal kunt doen in de omgeving zoals de prachtige wandeling naar Trentapassi.

De ontbijtprijs op de Agriturismo zelf is wat hoog met 5€ voor een Italiaans en 10€ p.p. voor een intercontinentaal ontbijt.

Gerne wieder

Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Tal, allerdings nicht auf den See. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse vor unserem Zimmer und es standen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Generell war das Zimmer inklusive Bad sehr sauber.

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist nicht gut ausgebaut und deshalb nicht für jedes Fahrzeug geeignet. Im Zimmer an der Decke, an nicht leicht zugänglichen Bereichen gab es einige Spinnweben.
