Two-room apartment for rent on Lake Iseo in Sale Marasino.
Convenient to all services, in a quiet and private area with breathtaking views of the lake, exclusive internal parking with gardens and swimming pool, at the same time close to the town center and to food bins easily reachable on foot. The nearest supermarket for large supplies is only 2.5 km away (Despar Marone)
The apartment is suitable for two people: equipped with a double bedroom and an additional sofa bed in the lounge which allows the maximum presence of an additional child.
Kitchen with appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher), independent boiler, bathroom with shower, washing machine, Wifi and reserved outdoor patio with table and chairs overlooking the lake and Montisola for lunch and dinner outdoors with an enchanting view.
In practice, you can comfortably admire the view in a private setting and with all the comforts: swimming pool, parking, outdoor area, possibility of sailing trips and trekking.

Quiet and well-maintained complex. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown around the flat. Expressi and a fresh fruit plate were included! Many walks are possible in the surrounding area, the view is magnificent! Recommendation 100%! Many thanks again to Gabriella and Nico!

Great location to stay in and discover Lake Iseo. The apartment was comfortable with a fantastic view to sit and watch the lake.

Udsigten fra lejligheden er som billederne viser, den er udsøgt. Man kan ikke blive træt af den. Der er mulighed for at sidde ude og spise, mens man nyder udsigten. Polen er stor og ren. Den deles med de øvrige lejere, men det er aldrig er problem med plads, der er reserveret to solstole ved poolen sammen med lejligheden.
Selve lejligheden er bedst egnet til to. De ekstra pladser er på en dårlig sofa i stuen. Køkkenet og udstyret er slidt, og trænger til udskiftning. Glem der er opvaskemaskine, den er ikke meget bevendt.
Badeværelset er ikke for voksne! Åbningen til brusenichen er 30 cm! Og pladsen når du er kommet ind er klaustrofobisk. Der er desuden presset et bidet, et skab og en vaskemaskine der ind også, altså du bakker ind for at komme forlæns ud.
Der er gode parkeringsforhold med et privat område inden for porten, hvor der er plads til fire biler.
Vær opmærksom på at der er en 30% stigning op til lejligheden, så det er en fordel at være en rutineret bilist.
Vi kommer til området igen, men ikke lejligheden grundet den dårlige indretning.
