Arredato con cura, all'interno dell'appartamento non manca niente e il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e accogliente.
Siamo arrivati in un periodo molto freddo e l'appartamento era molto freddo, il riscaldamento non era autonomo e veniva acceso poche ore al giorno, in media in casa c'erano 15 gradi. Fortunatamente era presente un impianto di condizionamento che poteva anche riscaldare, ma il bagno era sempre gelido.
Zona.molto rumorosa e oltretutto si sentiva in continuazione rumori provenire dallo stabile (forse causati dal vento) abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Il bagno è minuscolo e la doccia non aveva niente per impedire la fuoriuscita dell'acqua, ogni volta che si fa la doccia si bagna ovunque, compresi gli asciugamani, veramente poco vivibile.

Struttura ristrutturata di recente.
Nei pressi degli scavi di Pompei.
Bagno angusto, dove di picchia la testa spesso. C'è poi una scala a chiocciola che collegava col piano superiore, murato, la quale rende difficile l'uso del cucinotto.
L'edificio sorge esattamente all'altezza dello svincolo per la A3, pertanto c'è traffico dalle 5 del mattino a tarda sera.
